I have suffered from chronic neck and back problems for the past 15 years. It's really difficult to massage this area alone, and regular massage that only provides a temporary fix is expensive. My physical therapist suggests this product. I'm 5ft 2in so the massager is quite big for me but I was able to adjust it to work in the areas I needed.
