I bought this when it was on sale for $39.99, I've waited to write a review until I've had a chance to test it with an SD to test card, which I also bought. The camera works very well. Smooth tracking and good image quality so far. I bought a 64GB SanDisk microSDXC UHS-1 card with adapter. The card seems to work well with this camera. After a lot of googling it turned out that this camera should use a class 10 microSD card, otherwise this seems to help. I love the Wi-Fi feature with the XDV app on my phone. Adds freedom to an already mobile and highly portable device. I will say the protective cover has already come in handy. Less than 10 minutes after opening the package, I dropped the camera off my knees onto the hard floor. After extensive testing, no damage or functional restrictions were found. It took me a while to figure out how all the parts of the mount work, but I think I got them all now and I'm looking forward to trying them out. I bought it to use as an action cam when hiking and also as a DVR for my car. I haven't had a chance to test it while driving in my car, but I checked the driving mode and it seems functional and working. I've used GoPro in the past and this seems like a cheaper alternative for the average person.
