USER MANUAL, CLAMPS and CONNECTORS were missing from the package; The adhesive backing of the light strips wasn't sticking and the light on the "highest level" was NOT bright but some pre-programmed color patterns. It's difficult to adjust the remote's software functions or see the many colors this strip is designed to display as the remote only has the option for 13 fixed colours, just under 7 levels of brightness for each. As said, the instruction manual was missing and a GOOGLE search yielded no results.
