After sitting in my office chair all day, I experienced pain that seemed to be relieved by bending my legs in this position. I looked at the chair options and settled on this one mainly for the ability to easily move the height with the handle. It was easy to assemble. I think it takes a little getting used to, so I keep tossing and turning between the office chair and this chair. My biggest thought for an immediate improvement would be to change the material that covers the cushions. It's a bit rough and with all the pressure going on the calf area now, it's NOT comfortable. As a workaround, I covered it with a different material (a blank pillowcase).
