I bought the Utilyze nail drill a month ago after reading all the reviews on every electric manicure system I could find. I am not a nail designer and purchased the system specifically for personal use. What attracted me was the number of positive reviews, its portability and accessibility. It works as expected, it just takes time to learn how to use it as a beginner. I really appreciate that it is gentle on my skin even when I file my cuticles. I like the variable speed, but the controls have to be moved further up the unit as it's very common to accidentally touch them while nailing. This changes speed or direction, which is annoying. MANUFACTURER - Please provide a link to a video or detailed instructions to help beginners use the device. Although I have been doing nails professionally for many years, this technique is not easy to transfer when doing your own nails. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the tool and accessories.
