The fact that the GSM module cannot be used to its full potential is by far the biggest letdown. It has come to our attention that when the SIM card is first installed, you are only able to connect to the internet and receive text messages (SMS). This is complete and utter nonsensical, you don't expect this from a tablet that costs 18,000 dollars. In addition to this, a single charge doesn't keep it going for very long. The alleged completion time of 9 hours is completely false. Even if you just read articles on the internet, it is not enough for more than 6-7 hours, this is a total failure. Perhaps it will work for 9 hours with the brightness turned all the way down, and if you don't run anything on it at all, just drag your finger across the screen. However, it is unlikely that it will work for 9 hours with the brightness turned all the way up. The whole image that one gets from the purchase is utterly ruined by these two drawbacks.
