I like that you can see very specific information about your site's performance, both in terms of traffic patterns as well content engagement level - this is quite unique to other services out there! You also have great customer support (which we love!).

There are some features missing from TMC which include more detailed reports by category/keyword or even time range per page view such analytics could be added too but overall it works really good enough :) It helps us understand our audience better so they get what kind if product do people want etc; We realized how much organic growth was happening at certain times over social media sites without any marketing effort done directly with those platforms.
