Low calcium and magnesium levels.
Calcium measured 360 ppm at 1.030 salinity. Mg is 1350 but at 1.024-1.026 I'm guessing those values are a bit lower. Depending on the needs of your livestock and/or reef, water changes may never be enough to maintain the required chemistry. Back to the reef crystals.
