Ammonia levels off the charts

I never like to leave negative reviews, but since fish are at stake, I feel it’s important to share my experience with this product.I bought a plant from Greenpro and it was so beautiful and healthy I felt I could trust this product. The reviews were positive too. But after using the tablets my ammonia and nitrites and nitrate readings at off the charts. NEVER have had high readings like this before. This is really great product that I've ever used so far!

I use this for my house plant and it makes me satisfied. Great fertilizer overall. At the beginning, I use the other fertilizer then switch to Greenpro for the rest. You will not have any application side effects such as burnt or bleached with this product. It does not make plant grow as fast because of the NPK value (nutrients) but it makes my flower vibrant and healthy. the best i have ever bought

I don't like to write reviews ! but i have to say i have must of tried every other companys root tabs "API, Seachem, Thrive, and many many others " but this is by far the best i have ever gotten, my ground cover plants are rooting like mad the growth of them and other plants in the tank have tripled in one week of adding them. I trim every other week and i had to trim 2x in one week . I will keep adding this to my plant bed from now on

Turns black under sand

I use this with Co2 booster and most of my plants are doing great. When I clean my sand, I find globs of black stuff underneath and I'm quit sure it's the root tabs that haven't completely dissolved yet. Don't know for sure but never had it before using them.

Expect great results

Aquarium plant fertilizer with sand substrate. Works great. 4 tabs in 38 gal tank with 3 to 5 inch substrate. Wint from two jungle val plants Sept 5 to more than you can count as of Oct 20. No algea bloom.

Kills fish!: my feedback

Only giving one star because you have to! These tablets killed our fish! We have a 45 gallon tank and put in 6 tablets. Since there are no instructions we figured 6 would be best for size and variety of plants. THE VERY NEXT MORNIG ALL OUR FISH WERE DEAD OR DYING. Within 24 hours of putting the tabs in the tank every fish was dead. DO NOT BUY!

Make sure it’s right for your plants

I tried to use this on a berry head allusion I have in water. My berry head didn’t like it, for some reason! I’d recommend researching what your particular plant needs before buying.

I have yet to see results as I bearly received them yesterday. I implanted them and Iwill update my review as soon as I notice a change. Im using them mainly for my dwarf baby tears carpet, hopefully they thrive Iwill let you all know

Apparently these work!

I bought these Greenpro plant tabs several months ago and can now say that they are working for my root-feeding aquarium plants. I break them up and distribute the pieces in the sand around plants that have roots.

Not safe for fish for my opinion

It probably works for plants but definitely dangerous for fish. This thing leeches a hell lot of ammonia into the tank I’m not even kidding. New tank was dead green on ammonia test for more than a month. I put two tabs in my old 10 gallon and it’s having an ammonia spike now. Good thing is that my fish are still alive but lost their coloration. Doing water changes to save them. How did I find out? I did another new 20 gallon yesterday and it’s dead green on ammonia test again.

I have a flower: my feedback

This is my first year trying a stock tank pond. I live in Montana and it was challenging to see if things would live while temps dropped to 40 degrees during the summer. It’s now Aug and I am so happy to see my water Lilly has made a flower, the water pads keep coming. I feed this plant 2 tablets once a month. I am very pleased. Will buy again

Used a single tab under my dwarf tiger lotus and it is still shooting out runners like its going out of business Thanks for attention.

Update Mar 21, 2019: So I have been using these tablets for six months now. I noticed an immediate improvement with the health of my plants. Valisinarias are now out of control, and my swords and crypts are nice and full. I have used these tabs in tanks with amano shrimp and ghost shrimp, as well as several species of snail, with no issue. This stuff does work! Balanced fertilizer for planted aquarium.

Used in my planted aquarium. I broke the tabs in half to use them as they were larger than I needed and it made them easier to push down into the substrate. These do not supplement iron which I did not need. A good value.

It probably does what it's supposed to do pretty well. Be warned though that it can spike the ammonia in your aquarium. That's my review.

24 Hours After Adding Just 2 Tabs to My 29g Ammonia is Off the Chart

The directions on the package say to add 1 to 2 tabs per plant once a month. I have a 29g planted aquarium and within 24 hrs of inserting just 2 tabs well below the surface of the gravel my ammonia level spiked beyond the 8.0ppm on the Master Test Kit chart. Probably not worth the risk of harming livestock by using this product.IF YOU USE THIS PRODUCT YOU'LL BE SORRY!

I read the reviews on this and got the general impression that many people used too much. My plants are looking really good, amazingly. My tank is very small though so I smashed the pellet and only used a little. I think it's good stuff

The package arrived on time and well-packed. I'm very pleased with the product. I put them in my house plant and my plant is what actually tells me that this is an amazing product!
