This is a great product that both of our cats love. It keeps the water flowing and ensures they always have a water source. Particularly helpful if you need to be away for a long day or overnight. One caution: pets may be slow to adopt it - we didn’t think our cats would take to it as they refused to drink out of it for a couple of days. like that the storage part is clear plastic and has good opening on top to fill; also dispenses the dry food well. The only drawback is that the storage part pretty easily disconnects from the base, spilling dry food in storage part. If you're not going to move it around it shouldn't be an issue but I sometimes move mine to an alternate location and have experienced a good deal of cleaning up spilled food.

I love how this product features a slow water fill outlet to the bowl grill the jug! It's easy to fill, screw on the slow release cap, and insert! No more spilled water on the floor! Thank you!

The container does not lock onto the base/bowl which causes the bowl to fall over loosing the food onto the floor. I had to duct tape it together to even be able to use it. Manufacturer should redesign it with a screw on container.

I got this for my 2 small dogs. It is so much easier to fill than the previous ones I've had. The water does not run out until the jug is firmly in place in the base. The screw on top has a spring mechanism that is pushed up when it is on the base which allows the water to come out to fill the reservoir that your pet drinks from. This is the best cat water station we’ve bought. We have three cats and they are able to share it and have it last about a week before refilling. It holds a lot of water and the water stays clean, which has been an issue with other waterers in the past. No mildew has grown on it, which was a major issue with other waterers that had screw on caps. This is definitely worth the price.

Bigger opening in water jug would be nice as it's difficult to wash inside of jug. Our last waterer though not as nice as this one had an opening big enough you could put your hand inside to wash.

I got this to add a water solution to help my kitty’s and my doggy’s teeth clean. At the beginning they were both skeptical because of the bubbles released when is filling the empty bowl but now they both use it no issue.

My dogs toss it around when empty and it has handled it well and is still in tact. I have 3 large dogs and 1 small dog and I fill this about 3-4 times a day. Very east to use and clean.

This has little non slip inserts on the bottom and they work. The size is great, as it isn't too heavy to move around and certainly enough for a small animal for a week or two. It is difficult to clean the bottle cover but it can be soaked in vinegar to reduce the chance for mold and then thoroughly rinsed. The bowl is super easy to clean with soap and water. Quite a nice little find for the money.

This gravity feeder is a bit too small. We have to coax the food to come out. And the dogs are still eating puppy kibble which is quite small.

I really like this pet waterer. The 1 gallon is enough for my 2 cats and chihuahua for many days. The bowl is a perfect height. It’s very sturdy and very good quality. I like the color. It seems like it will last a long time with proper cleaning.

What are you wanting to fill this with? If the pet food are small morsels then you won't have any issues but bigger than small or tiny and you'll run into dispensing issues. They just won't come out as they get lodged and locked in place where the food is supposed to come out. Yeah, you can shake some loose to help it or your dog can knock the whole thing over in frustration, point is, why have a dispenser if you must babysit it to help the food get out?

The Water dispenser arrived in a very flimsy box, the water tower has a dent on the side and there were no instructions included. Very careless boxed!

Much easier to use than dish. Easier than refilling everyday. Clear blue jug displays the amount of water still available.

For what they are, they work well. The hole for the food could be a little bigger, but it works as it is. My biggest complaint is that they are so expensive! It seems crazy that a small plastic container should cost over $16 dollars EACH. I hope they hold up well.

Saves me lots of time not having to refill my dog’s water bowl every day. I can see where this could make a mess, but I just carefully carry it to the sink and pour any remaining water out before lifting jug off the top. So far it’s been easy and no mess. Best benefit is my dog never goes without water!

I love the ease of use. The water doesn't all pour out when you flip the jug over. Cleaning it is relatively easy. Thanks for attention.

I have two dogs 🐕 a small dog and a medium dog and it takes them at least three days sometimes to drink all the water. May require supervision during cleaning to prevent damage or breakage!

I should have bought this a long time ago! Never worry about your furbabies running out of water. Fill & clean once a week. My 2 Minpins never run out of drinking water.
