I like how easy it was set up with my computer at home (desktop).

It allowed me access from anywhere in our office without having an actual device there! The customer support team has been amazing throughtout this process - they have guided us every step along way providing answers when needed or questions about anything regarding implementation/useage. There are ways you can customize your experience which allows flexibility but also limits some options if not used correctly so make sure everyone involved knows what customization needs need be done before implementing system-wide vs per user basis etc. Accessibility across multiple devices including laptops / desktops & mobile phones makes life easier than ever!!
