I was very worried about ordering because of the cheap price and not being sure about the sizes. But this fits perfectly. I'm plus size 14-16 with all of my weight in my abdominal area. I ordered size 6 and it fits. I wear size 14 in plus sized jeans and 16 in plus size tops. I hope this help. It keeps my belly down. It supports my back. Its well made for the price. I'm down 5 pounds since I've been wearing this. I'm going order to the next size.
