Review on Ideation360 by Todd Calloway

The ease in creating surveys, sending them with an integrated email campaign as well as tracking results has been amazing! I would recommend this product for small businesses looking to engage their customers but don't have experience working within SurveyMonkey. No issues so far - great customer service team who are always willing to go above & beyond when needed (even though it's free!). Nothing really at present that we haven;t discovered already through our own research however there may come times where questions arise not covered by existing functionality. This could possibly improve if some additional features were added such as allowing multiple campaigns per user rather than just one. Surveys used widely throughout my organisation internally via online portals as well as externally using social media platforms including Facebook Live/Q&A sessions etc., collecting feedback about products / services being offered to clients / public alike.
