HORRIBLE WARRANTY, BAD MACHINE

THIS 90 DAY WARRANTY ONLY! "25 YEARS LIMITED" THIS IS A METAL CHASSIS ONLY. ONLY 19 SERVICE CENTERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND DELIVERY IS FOR YOU! I've only had this machine for a few months (and I've only used it about 7 times) and it keeps saying that the motor is overloaded. I cannot sew on THIN fabric for more than 30 seconds. This was my first Singer purchase and will be my last apart from a serger which I bought a few months ago and haven't used. But I'm going to try it right now to see if…

I wish I had never bought this car!

I am completely disappointed with the embroidery portion of this machine. If I could return it I would! Was 2 times under guarantee. Now the workshop says there are no mechanical problems with it. I can't reach Singer. Their phone system has been "challenging" for the past 2 weeks and they are not responding to 4 emails I have sent. If you only plan on sewing and using the fonts and embroidery patterns provided by this machine, that's great. If you want to download designs from other sources…

Not a good car.

I really wanted to love this machine. It has a 6x10 embroidery area and that was what I was looking for. It's beautiful right out of the box. Smooth. Pretty. I finally figured out how to embroider a design and halfway through I got a motor overload message. I finally finished the design. It was a simple snowflake built on purpose. Then I tried the name. Motor overload message twice. Needles break and bend easily. The whole package went quickly. The line is tangled under the bobbin. Not a good…
