Canon DSLR Rebel T5

I lost 2 Canon lens caps for my T5 Rebel DSLR. I bought this 4 pack as a spare. I was specifically looking for something with an attachment to hold the lens cap with the camera. I often put my old lens caps in my pockets or backpack and lost them. Not to mention the Canon headphones are a bit loose and can easily be knocked off more than once. I travel a lot and take my Canon on hikes and other outdoor adventures. These interchangeable lens caps do the job, although they're not quite what I expected. There is a small adhesive circle to attach the back of the lens cap. This is attached to a small rope and rubber band. The elastic strap is designed to wrap around the lens barrel, keeping the lens cap "attached" to the camera. Extra laces are included with the lens caps, and a small hole is drilled in the lens cap to allow extra laces to be threaded through. I just don't know how to attach it to my camera? It's not exactly what I was looking for, but they will work. I'm very happy to have lens caps back on my camera and hopefully they stay in place! and a small hole is drilled in the lens cap to allow additional cords to be threaded through.
