I like that it's really easy to use when you're new to this industry! There isn't much I dislike about this platform; everything seems very user-friendly. In terms of business development or sales process optimization - there are so many things they can do with their software which makes them unique as far as selling digital content goes. If your looking for an all in one solution then look no further than MassExchange. They have some great products within their suite such as live streamers/hosting solutions. Their customer service team has been amazing at helping us get set up properly from day 1. We haven't had any issues yet while using our system but if we ever did encounter something along those lines the support would be stellar. It was always difficult getting clients onboarded into understanding how important social engagement truly was now more often than not people didn’t seem.
