The material used to make this blanket is so silky feeling. I have a major problem with night sweats and there is no doubt the cooling provided by this blanket helps. It has reduced the number of times I wake up soaked in sweat to maybe once a week instead of almost every morning. And even though it's not a regular blanket or a weighted blanket, it has some substantial weight to it.Really, the only thing I can knock about this blanket is the folding and storage. Because it is so silky, you can forget nice folds. I have found it best to just throw it in the corner (joking) and forget about itI can recommend this blanket to anyone. It's amazing!
