Linen bread cloth on my review.

I was skeptical at first, but these do work. I just recently purchased a bread container and along with putting my bread in the linen bag it stays moist and does not mold as quick as it did with plastic bags. Good by plastic. Love this product.

The bags are good quality and hold a variety of bread shapes. They allow fresh bread to keep its crunchy crust while not letting the bread dry out for a few days (I bake high hydration bread). Plastic bags will quickly cause the crust to lose its crunch.
