This toy is very adorable. It has three game modes: groom, rotate and dance. In parenting mode, the toy will kiss you as long as you hold it to your cheek. The tail is basically just a bracelet. It does not help stabilize the toy. It stands on the shoulder with a fairly powerful magnet that fits under your shirt. Holds up pretty well. Keep your hair away from the toy as it spins pretty quickly. I noticed another review claiming there is no off switch. The toy comes with an instruction manual that describes 2 ways to turn it off: Normal power off: Hold the heart on your chest for 2 seconds. Emergency Shutdown: Double tap the back.
