There are two important things to look for when purchasing whey: (1) it is pasture raised and (2) it is undenatured. Of the many whey protein brands on the market, very few meet both of these criteria. Most of these are qualitative rubbish. After a lot of research and price comparisons, I decided to switch to Wild Whey and am very happy with it. Undenatured serum has limited use in CFS/ME patients as it is a precursor for glutathione production. I'm already getting noticeable (albeit temporary) improvements with Liposomal Glutathione and I wanted to see if I could get the same good effects with the serum. If you're taking whey for glutathione production, it's best to take it on an empty stomach if possible. I have experienced a noticeable improvement with this serum, which tells me that it is indeed undenatured and effective. Eventually over time I stopped seeing the same benefits (this happens to me with almost every treatment and is not reflected in this product at all). Whether you're looking to use this product to increase your glutathione production or you just want to add a quality protein supplement to your diet, I highly recommend this brand.
