This is a reliable and efficient product. Installation is relatively easy, and you can completely "repair" your old toilet in an hour. Now it works perfectly. I deducted a star because the "donut" (the giant rubber gasket that seals the joint between the cistern and the toilet body) was too small to properly seal our (circa 1991) standard Gerber flush toilet. We had to reuse an old donut that was probably about 1/3 larger than a new one.
