Review on Arm Hammer Laundry Detergent Power Household Supplies by Theresa Kirkland

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Contrary to the description, the capsules are NOT effective at all temperatures.

What could be simpler than simply inserting a pre-measured soap pack and pressing the start button? Nothing but those laundry pads, you have to make sure they dissolve before you put the load in the dryer. I made 4 wash loads yesterday, 2 of them were undissolved pods. One batch was cold water and I thought maybe that was the problem, but the other undissolved pod was from a batch of warm water. One was on the floor of the washing machine, the other was attached to a pillowcase. For the fourth charge, I simply pre-dissolved the capsule in a cup of water before use. I may have gotten a bad batch but I won't be using them again. If I have to dissolve in water first, paying extra for a "persuasion capsule" is silly. I'll just go back to my other purifier.

Pros
  • No measuring, no mess, no spilling: Convenient pre-measured Power Pak packs combine highly concentrated laundry detergent in one Power Pak laundry container for on the go; two power packs work for large and heavily soiled loads; a Power Pak for normally or lightly soiled laundry
Cons
  • Long delivery time
