Works well. The only downside is detaching the handle from the main body. I've never had to push the button so hard to detach the original hose. With this hose you have to press the button hard enough to hear a click. For me, this action requires pressure from both thumbs. Just be aware of those who may have arthritis or other issues that prevent them from squeezing hard enough to release the hose.
