I bought them to be more environmentally friendly and they are very cute. The container they come in is made from strong cardboard so it's easy to open and close and is very durable if you keep it in your purse or bag - it can also be composted. The headbands themselves are adorable with little pandas and very comfortable. They fit your fingers well because they are made of fabric and are comfortable to wear. But since they are made of fabric, they are not waterproof and get wet every time you wash your hands, so they have to be replaced quite often. Liability is ok. It's not great, but they hold up well enough to stay in place all night. I've found them to crumble around the edges if worn on the finger for more than a few hours. It looks gaudy but doesn't compromise functionality, which is good. Overall they're expensive, but for simple cuts and scrapes they do a great job and I would definitely recommend them as a greener option.
