The device itself is ingeniously simple and mostly works, but. The battery life is terrible. 1 out of 3 orders I order comes with an already dead battery. Ordering a battery seems easy until something goes wrong (e.g. if you accidentally add another battery to the cart or mix it up with the device it needs which battery - then you won't be able to sort through the mess. I've been chatting on " Clicked "Help" and got an error message. It can be difficult to change the battery (to open the application). The application has problems: strange menu navigation; every time it starts, the same "power on comes " question (we click "OK"every time") ; global settings should "stick" for all devices unless otherwise specified; devices sometimes fail to connect when they are nearby; Error and problem messages make no sense. Add to that battery issues and tiny buttons. These need testing for the elderly or maybe a dedicated version (and app) for the elderly. I really, really wanted a few buy them and tell my friends about them but they just don't work well enough.
