The sizing is spot on. I typically wear an 18 or 1X in plus sizes and went with my bust size (48) in the chart and ordered a XXXL. It fit perfectly except there is a little gap at the arm hole. I ordered the next size down and it was significantly smaller but it did fit. I preferred not having the dress too tight so I kept the XXXL. I was hesitant to purchase it because of the 54lbs it weights since 8 live on a 2 floor walk in up but I decided to try it and if was too difficult I was going to return it. Valves badly designed. As soon as pump is stopped/ removed, no matter how fast I tried to close the valve, air leaked out immediately before I can put in the stopper.
