Bought this for my very picky Chester kitten based on videos and reviews I've seen. First we brought him into the living room and figured he could come in and be in the same room with us. nope! He dragged it outside the room, turning it upside down every now and then, and generally showing his disgust for it. Then we take him to his room/our office where he has his tray, food and water. He ignored it. Then recently (4 months after purchase) I was looking for it and couldn't find it anywhere. I walked into the office, looked down and saw his head sticking out of the inlet like "what are you looking at?" I CAN'T LAUGH! Since then he has been using it constantly. It became his place to sleep "away from words". Don't give up if your kitty doesn't accept it right away. Just stay away and eventually curiosity might take over. I'm glad I bought it! Haven't tried cleaning it yet, so it might be fun, but so far so good!
