This product seemed great; it was a good price, spacious, and perfect for my daughters little hamster, Fancy Squeaky. After having this cage for about a month a tragic incident happened. When we went to grab Fancy for his morning pet, he was gone. The plastic on the top of the cage is terrible- he chewed through the cheap plastic and escaped. It’s not safe for hamsters. In addition, putting it together took three hours.

This thing is an absolute piece of junk! Very cheap, flimsy plastic. Putting it together was a nightmare. The instructions are ridiculous and practically zero help. I had to use the photo on the order page and zoom in on certain areas to see how it was put together, and even then (following the enclosed instructions) you have to take the whole thing apart to put the shelves and ladders in! This cage was the worst I have ever put together (and I've done quite a few). The plastic is super cheap. Instructions are ZERO help and doesn't tell you how to create the inside or even anything at all. We had to pinch the joints of the cage shut because they kept sliding all around, the rings have to be put in the landings first or else you will have a hard time to get the pipes in. I got this as a day time cage for my mouse while I'm away at work, so I could give him more toys to keep him from boredom. While he loves it, the bar spacing is too wide for a mouse and he could easily crawl out. So I invested 16 dollars in some wire fabric and covered every side of the cage with it, then cut the doors out and holes for the tubes. It now is suitable for him and he enjoys playing in it while I'm away.

I got this product for my daughter and her hamster but was really disappointed with the lack of instruction that came with putting this cage together. it took us 4 days to figure this cage out and it still is not sturdy and the clear tubes fall apart every other day.

I would not purchase from this company. I never will. There is no clearly started return policy. As it did not say returns paid for by customer, I requested to return the cage I bought that was too small. Much to my surprise, I had to pay the shipping through either the post office or fed ex. The cage cost me $54 and some change. Shockingly, shipping cost $63 through the post office (cheapest price) and a little more through Fed ex (cheapest price). Some of the items were bent and not measured correctly, we tried to use zip ties to hold it up and the instructions didnt help

Nothing matched even. Plastic trays were off in level,, got whole thing almost together came across cracked tray and ladder very difficult putting together and then not being level.Water bottle leaked .Hampster got out and she’s pretty good size .Would not recommend. To send back have to pay shipping.

Our Syrian hamster LOVES the wheel on top and the tunnels and it’s a perfect size for her to roam around and not get bored. Lots of fun to watch also with clear plastic. We replaced the wheels and water bottle and was a little hard to put together. But for the price this is a REALLY GREAT BUY.

Very hard to put together and flimsy . Look out was cracked, hampster pushed the lid off the lookout right away and the tubes don't stay together very well! The wheel is to little for our hampster to use!

I had to make a few modifications like super glue a few of the tube joints because they didn't stay upright or together at certain points. I bought metal vice clips to secure the doors. But other than that, I have one happy hamster and my kids love watching her run all around.

I zip-tied all the corners, but the mice were still able to bend the wire and escape! Once I put it together with all the zip ties, I have NO idea how I'm going to clean it and mice poop A LOT! They are back in their tiny cage until I can figure out what to do about the bar spacing and bending. I have no answer for that yet.

This is a very sturdy cage, very easy to put together and a good size with the tubes. However, the stairs were useless, I had to duct tape mine to even get them to stay. I was very disappointed that the look out was cracked. Besides that it is a good size for my Syrian Hamster. She likes to play and sleep in the tubes. They are her favorite thing. No instructions. You have to guess on everything. Hate it. It's to easy to break . So disappointed was wanted something the kids could help with it broke the tips and that was with my 14 year olds help .She is great putting things together.

This product is terrible. You can’t put it together because most pieces don’t fit and there are gaps when you do which your animal can escape from. I should have read the reviews before buying because to ship it back I had to pay $38, I spent $50 on this so you do the math and tell me how that works out.

The directions was only black and white pictures so it was hard to understand how to put together. The shelves don’t fit tight so they keep coming off the wire.
