This cage was the worst I have ever put together (and I've done quite a few). The plastic is super cheap. Instructions are ZERO help and doesn't tell you how to create the inside or even anything at all. We had to pinch the joints of the cage shut because they kept sliding all around, the rings have to be put in the landings first or else you will have a hard time to get the pipes in. Even after that it was extremely difficult. The ladders snapped when we tried to attach them to the base so now the cage only has tunnels. The 3rd tower piece we had to zip tie because our sons hamster pushed it right up and escaped! I'd return it but honestly I am NOT taking that damn thing apart without being breaking pieces.**edit to update**We had to get a new cage. Our hamster has chewed through the rings that attach the look out and has gotten out 3 times. Worst buy ever.
