They have been very professional with their pricing structure for both hardware equipment as well software products I've purchased from them over time at different times since 2009 or so up until now (2016). The staff seems happy enough but can be rather slow sometimes when speaking English only which made communication difficult during some parts where there were other employees working along side who could translate better if needed between myself/customer + english vs French ONLY! Not really anything that stands out though just overall satisfied customer experience using fencercore product line - no issues encountered yet except price negotiation took awhile due its being somewhat complicated by having multiple people involved not wanting any type discount offered too me because everyone wanted it equally bad haha maybe they think i'm cheap lol :p.
