If your Switch has a fan, you're going to need it.
At first I just wanted these for cleanliness, but when I found that the fan in the Switch was also pulling dust through the ports and they were starting to build up a good layer, I was motivated to buy them . Another reviewer said they were difficult to remove due to the lack of an eyelet for pulling, but I don't find that to be the case. They are easy to pull out, starting at the corner formed by the RJ-45 notch.
