I like how easy it is to use as well as all of their customer service reps are very knowledgeable in regards to using this software so there's no learning curve at any level when you have questions or need help solving issues if they do arise during implementation time.
Sometimes some minor things can be confusing but once we got used to them everything seemed fine from then out. We were able solve our problems quickly without having to call someone else because most people who work here know what needs done next which saves me alot of stress since i'm not always sure where my job falls within an issue/issue list etc.
