A must have app especially designed by people who know how human resource should function

The most important thing I like about this software is that it provides me with more than what I expect from every HRMS. It helps to maintain an efficient workforce management system which makes our work easier. Sometimes its slow when there are too many users but overall this has not been any problem for us as of now. Its really easy to use and understand. There is nothing much i dislike about this tool so far if you want to hire employees then go ahead otherwise there will be no harm in using

Very useful tool where everything works perfect

The flexibility of scheduling work through an application is helpful in getting jobs out quickly when I need to find contractors within minutes for urgent projects - which are often due timeframes that aren't ideal if my employees have flexible hours or weekend/evenings available. Scheduling takes up more resources than what it should be as well; we constantly receive notifications about missed shifts without being able too resolve them ourselves by requesting someone else's shift at theirs…

An excellent option for communicating regularly

The ability to use the platform to connect with employees and to manage the workforce on a daily basis. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. The ability to send out surveys and messages to employees and view their responses is a great feature. I like that the platform can be used to communicate with employees on a daily basis. I also like that it is intuitive to use and easy to navigate. I have not found anything that I dislike. I would like to see more features added to the platform. I…
