Review on LONG TAO Dispensing Dishwasher Household by Joshua Weaver

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent brush: brushes

Bought a large number of soap dispenser brushes. Other than Target's, this is the only brush we've bought multiple times. Brushes like Oxo, Lev3l, Mr Siga, S&T, Dapower and others distribute soap using air pressure - by squeezing the flexible top, the air above the soap is compressed and pushed through the valve. Yes, you get soap - a large uncontrolled amount. Even if you wash a teaspoon, they pour out enough soap to wash multiple plates. This type of brush has a shaft that extends from the valve to the flexible center of the cap. Soap flows as long as you press the lid. There have always been complaints about brushes using this dispensing method that they don't dispense enough soap. Average ratings are always less than 4 stars. But the solution is simple - dilute the soap. We fill ours half with soap and half with water. This allows us to control the amount of soap dispensed and not just pour excess soap down the drain. It's perfect? no It's cheaply made. While we've never had the lid leak or come loose during use, it doesn't feel secure. While bristles last like any other brush, one of ours lasts around 6 weeks. But it's cheap because it's cheap—usually half to a quarter the cost of most other brushes. Until something better comes along, we'll stick with it.
