Before purchasing, I took the time to try the 11 ounce counterweight on the back of the unit, which did little to help. My WAF (female approval rating) was very low so I decided to buy this. Installation was a bit odd until I realized there are 4 velcro straps and not 3, the 4th is the middle part and only opens on one side. As soon as I put the device on - wow, incredibly comfortable! The material looks like OEM stock like it came with the Oculus Quest. Great job guys! The woman will now steal me even more to play her escapes ;) I recommend it to everyone.
