Exceptional! I was struggling to find quality headset adapters with good reviews and took a bit of a risk even though this one seemed to have good reviews. I took a black 2 pack. Both work the same way and how they should. There is no audio crossover, no channel switching, the mic works well and I can even plug in regular headphones and get the same performance without the mic. If I need more, I'll definitely get more of these. I have one for home and one for work. The design is also very beautiful. I use them with a pair of flat cable headphones that I use with my phone and it helps keep them tangle free and they fit snugly. The socket securely holds the male headset jack and does not wobble. The two connector ends are easy to use and fit my computer perfectly. They are obviously marked with symbols as shown in the picture, as well as thin colored rings inside the headphone jacks themselves.
