Caramel Almond Clusters: Flavorless but good for keto and diabetic diets (3+ Stars)

If you're used to real sugar, you'll probably be disappointed with these Atkins Caramel Clusters because they look like they're filled with sugar instead of being sweetened with allulose and stevia. But if you can't or don't want to consume sugar, then that's great. They are chewy and have a pleasant taste and appearance. The problem is that they taste bland, like they're missing a key ingredient, which they naturally are. I find that they don't taste as rich as they look. Each cluster only contains 100 calories, making them a good snack, although the small size isn't as satisfying as 100 calories from a large-volume meal. You get an amazing 6 grams of fiber, 2 grams of protein, and less than 1 gram of sugar each. Debbie Lee Wesselman
