The best part of wearing this is that it does not get in my way when I am running or jogging, which makes me feel more comfortable while doing so! It's also very light weight for how much protection you receive from windchill factor (which can be quite cold at times). There are some parts where they don't seem to fit right - like if your shoulders aren’t as wide/long than average then there might have been an adjustment issue with sizing but overall great product!! Highly recommend them. Motion capture clothing was recommended by one person who had used other brands before; she said her previous ones were too bulky & hot around certain areas such as neck area etc.. She loves hers now because its lightweight yet provides good coverage against elements during outdoor activities.
