I bought one of these for my then boyfriend's cat and it was amazing! Very convenient - collapsible storage is light and very good Easy to close the sides when you're ready to put your cat in. It's roomy, not too bulky to carry and feels secure The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because after seeing the first one loved it so much i bought a second one for my cats it was all the same - it closed everything seemed fine i put my two cats in it because they always go in the same carrier together and that blue zipper is quite spacious .. i had to take them out up the fire escape in a stretcher while the exterminator was spraying chemicals in the apartment i stood at the window talking to them and watching them and they were fine but dying he of the zippers was on - flash - where's that to? The zippers come apart without the zipper moving - and one of my cats escaped! She jumped off the fire escape onto the lower roof (no injury thank goodness) and into my neighbors backyard below! Luckily I got it back safe and sound after panicking and knocking on the door but I will never be able to use a stretcher again as I don't trust zips. I never contacted the company or Amazon about this defect, so I can't comment on how the company would have dealt with it. Just wanted to write a review so everyone who buys will double check the zippers!
