I purchased a shoe spreader like this from another company. It failed and they did not have a warranty. This company produces a superior product and it comes with a lifetime warranty. I had a slight issue with the product and they went way out of their way to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. HOUNDSBAY makes a superior product and they stand behind it. They easily rate 5 stars. BTW, they are manufactured in the USA.
