I've been wearing compression stockings for over 50 years. I'm active and healthy, so I know a lot about different types of compression stockings. Great value for money (if they fit you) but these stockings are not as short as advertised (some companies call them Petite). When I say short, I mean the length between the knee and the foot/ankle. THESE ARE NOT SHORT! They will curl up (or hang around the ankle) and form a tourniquet (like a rubber band) around these areas, making the swelling worse. So buyers beware.
