The only reason this belt doesn't get a 5 star rating is because when I first got it I noticed there was a rust spot on it and the belt itself was bent. However, I didn't have time to return it for a new one, so I put it on anyway. As you can see from the picture you cannot tell if the belt is damaged. I liked the way the strap looked, it wasn't too tight and didn't move. It stayed in place all day, I never had to correct it. It was perfect for my waist. For reference: I am 5ft 4cm tall, weigh 175 pounds, waist 34 inches.
