Waste of money/Setup done right

Bought for a camper to move the tv from phone screen to tv screen. I bought 2. None of them work. If it was one it could be bad, with two they must be junk. Always says HDMI is disabled. Don't waste your time ordering them. Now I have to figure out if I'll get them back or lose money. After the company wrote a one-star review, she read it. We emailed several times, today they issued a split credit for the full amount. Some direct to Mastercard, others via Revain balance. Thank you for fixing a bad situation. Many Thanks.
