Don't buy it. Seems like a good deal at first. I read through the reviews and saw that people were having failures from exposure to moisture, so I put the ballast boxes in weatherproof boxes with vibration isolators. The first set fell out quite quickly, the seller gave a guarantee and sent me another one which also fell out quickly. Very low consumption since they were installed on a second vehicle (stored in a garage) used for hiking. I would use an LED but I need the warmth of the bulb in winter to help melt ice and snow on the headlights. That's why I chose a bright incandescent lamp from Philips.
