I measured the thickest part of the shoulder which was 22 inches. So I went with Big. The product fits my LG Q7+, but the band itself doesn't feel as secure as I would like. I tried the bracelet with and without the phone so see if it slips. I will buy a medium size to see if I like it better and keep the one that fits best. Note: I did not purchase this training product. I bought this when I go to Renaissance fairs for quick and easy access to my phone (wearing a suit, strapless corset and skirt with no pockets). So it's going to be used for long hours of walking in hot/humid temperatures that will most likely make me sweat (I sweat easily anyway).
