Review on 🎙️ Enhanced Audio-Technica PRO 8HEx Hypercardioid Dynamic Headworn Microphone with XLR Connector by Debra Depts

I bought this to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking to dictate work reports. I connected it to Andrea's sound card. From the start I had trouble getting the mic to work with the Dragon. I think it has such excellent noise reduction because of its low sensitivity. The only way to pass the Dragon sound test was to keep it within 5mm of my lips. As I say a few words, my lips touch the microphone. I've been struggling with this thing for the last three weeks and I'm giving up. Even wearing her glasses hurts a lot after about an hour. The small pads that press against the temple region are actuated by a spring that can be slightly modified to function like a mousetrap. Others have commented on the design - it's not very strong. After a few short weeks, the dart started to dangle and wouldn't stay in place. Aggravating.
