Review on 📷 PTZOptics-20X-SDI GEN-2 PTZ IP Streaming Camera - Gray, with Simultaneous HDMI and 3G-SDI Outputs by Ethan Carpenter

Well I've just been trying to connect to the network for two hours and gave up. All of your support is technical in nature. You would think that connecting an ethernet cable directly from the camera to my modem/router would work, but no. The Mac software they offer requires the latest version of the operating system, which I can't run due to other incompatible software. The iPhone/iPad app doesn't help (I discovered this by paying $10). This basic step number one proves impossible and is barely mentioned in the help videos. All the focus is on great features for the future. We gotta get in touch first, folks. I can't believe a third party didn't at least step in with clearer instructions. This is supposed to work with Mac and iOS devices, but it seems to me that if you don't have a PC, you want a rough ride. I am extremely disappointed.
