Okay, that's bullshit for starters. You have a bad problem with desync. They really have charging problems. They are uncomfortable in the ear. Touch controls suck. The case they charge in doesn't stay closed and they don't stay connected in the case. I thought it would be a great introduction to the new wireless, especially since I bought them on sale, but they really suck. Coming to the case about the battery life, the box says 5 hours but the headphones last around 3.5 hours and it takes 2-3 hours to charge, so the case requires an external battery with access to a USB connection can be. But that's not the case. the headphones don't charge either.
