Terrible design. I don't give any stars, but in this case I'll make an exception. This is one of those products that looks great but is disappointing to use. When the jug is full it is difficult to lift it by the handle. It's not ergonomic. The handle should be longer, it is very inconvenient to work with it. The lid is a problem. The sealing is done by correctly screwing the middle part. If you screw it in wrong, the center will fall into the glass. The direction to the screw is not intuitive, go the other way. The lip works when pouring if you are very careful. My wife will throw it away in less than a week.
