The way that it can be used as an additional tool for monitoring our networks along with other tools we have already installed such as Cisco APICast etc., This allows us to monitor multiple sites at once from one dashboard which makes things easier when troubleshooting or checking if something has been changed since last time I checked/checked out.

It's not perfect but does what its designed to do very well! If you want more control over your system then this isn't probably going to work so great unless you are willing to go through some extra training and learning how to use all aspects properly. We were able to see exactly where issues occurred within each site without having to rely solely on another device like Wireshark.
